On January 27, 2026, RingPCB welcomed a valued customer from Israel to our manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. The customer operates in the medical device industry, where product reliability, quality consistency, and strict compliance with international standards are critical requirements.

The cooperation between RingPCB and this customer began two years ago, initially focusing on PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly services. Throughout multiple projects, RingPCB consistently demonstrated strong engineering support, stable manufacturing quality, and professional service responsiveness. As a result, RingPCB earned the customer’s high level of trust and long-term recognition.

With the customer’s business growth and increasing project complexity, the cooperation gradually expanded to a full turnkey PCBA service model, covering component procurement, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, testing, and final delivery.

On-Site Visit and Technical Verification

During this visit, the customer conducted an on-site tour of RingPCB’s 10,000-square-meter self-owned modern manufacturing facility and held in-depth technical discussions with our engineering and quality teams. Both parties jointly reviewed product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures to ensure full alignment with the stringent requirements of medical applications.

Special attention was given to the functional testing process of the PCBA products. The customer personally verified that 100% of the assembled PCBA units successfully passed functional testing, meeting all defined performance and reliability criteria. The customer expressed strong satisfaction with the test results, product consistency, and overall manufacturing quality.

In addition, the customer reviewed and approved the final packaging standards, confirming that all packaging met safety, protection, and compliance requirements for international shipment.
