At Ring PCB, quality control is integrated into every stage of our manufacturing process. From PCB fabrication to SMT assembly and final delivery, all production steps are managed under strict process control and traceability systems to ensure stable and reliable product quality.

We operate a modern, self-owned manufacturing facility of approximately 10,000 square meters in Shenzhen, China, equipped with advanced production equipment and controlled manufacturing environments. Incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products are all subject to standardized inspection procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistency.

Our experienced quality and engineering teams closely monitor critical parameters such as layer alignment, copper thickness, soldering quality, and component placement accuracy. This comprehensive quality control system enables us to maintain high yield rates and meet the stringent requirements of automotive, industrial, and medical electronics.

Testing Capability

To guarantee product reliability and performance, Ring PCB is equipped with comprehensive testing and inspection capabilities throughout the production process.

Our testing capabilities include:

• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) for solder joint quality and component placement verification

• X-ray Inspection for BGA, QFN, and hidden solder joint analysis

• ICT (In-Circuit Testing) to verify electrical connectivity and component functionality

• FCT (Functional Circuit Testing) to ensure full board-level performance under real operating conditions

These testing processes allow us to identify potential issues early, reduce risk, and ensure that every PCB and PCBA meets customer specifications before shipment.
