In-depth Visit to Ring PCB’s workshop by German Enterprise: Jointly Opening a New Chapter in European New Energy Coopera

On March 26, 2026,a delegation from a German new energy logistics enterprise visited our company for an on-site inspection, factory audit and new round of strategic cooperation negotiation. The customer focuses on the European green urban distribution market and specializes in electric motorcycles for express delivery. With business covering Germany and the entire EU market, it adopts an eco-friendly new energy operation model.

In daily operation, the customer faces several core challenges. The vehicle battery and power generation system must strictly meet the high EU standards for environmental protection and safety. Due to long-term outdoor operation and frequent start-stop cycles of express electric motorcycles, the supporting BMS PCBA (Battery Management System PCBA) requires extremely high durability, protection level and stability. In addition, the original supply chain is fragmented. PCB production, SMT processing and module assembly rely on multiple suppliers, resulting in high communication costs and inconsistent quality control.

To optimize the supply chain and ensure stable long-term delivery, the customer is seeking an integrated manufacturer with one-stop supporting services and standardized quality control. Both parties established cooperation at the German industry exhibition last year. At present, the first batch of customized BMS PCBA is ready for delivery.

During this visit, the customer conducted on-site sampling inspections on finished products and core customized BMS PCBA for express electric motorcycles, strictly verifying production craftsmanship, performance parameters and EU quality standards. The delegation toured the entire production line, discussed new energy product planning with our engineers, and fully evaluated our overall production capacity and supporting services.

Throughout the inspection, the customer carried out tests in accordance with strict German quality specifications, confirming that our BMS PCBA and supporting products fully adapt to the application scenarios and environmental compliance requirements of new energy express vehicles in Europe. Based on the solid cooperation foundation, the customer plans to expand product lines and cooperation scale in the new year, and deepen full-category cooperation centered on BMS PCBA.

This visit successfully reached an in-depth strategic cooperation consensus. Ring PCB owns a self-operated factory of nearly 10,000 square meters with full independent control over production and quality management.
