In early November,  RingPCB's customer from Denmark visited RingPCB for an on-site audit and technical evaluation. The visit focused on our 5,000㎡ modern manufacturing facilities, as well as our 17 years of experience in PCB manufacturing and PCBA assembly. This visit marked an important step toward building mutual trust and long-term cooperation.

On-Site Factory Visit and Capability Evaluation

During the visit, the Danish customer toured our self-owned production facilities located in Shenzhen and Zhuhai, China. The tour covered the entire production process, including PCB fabrication, SMT assembly lines, quality inspection areas, and functional testing zones.

Our engineering and project management teams provided detailed introductions to:

• Multilayer PCB manufacturing processes

• High-precision SMT assembly for communication control applications

• Quality management systems compliant with international standards

• Production capacity, lead time control, and traceability systems

The customer paid particular attention to our process stability, equipment automation level, and quality control procedures, which are critical factors for communication control PCBA projects.

Order Confirmation and Ongoing Mass Production

Following the factory visit and internal evaluation, we received confirmation from the Danish customer last week. The customer has officially placed an order for 100,000 units of PCB assembly for communication control.

Currently, RingPCB’s production team is working at full capacity to ensure on-time delivery, strict quality control, and consistent performance throughout the mass production process. Each production stage is closely monitored to meet the customer’s technical and quality requirements.
